  1. Bank of America’s Support Services Team and their commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities.

Support Services was formed in 1990 and employs over 350 people with cognitive and physical disabilities or are veterans of the armed services.  We will have a brief tour of the Support Services group hosted by Marc Woods – SVP, Bank of America and Sean Cates – Senior Financial Advisor, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

Rafael Cherry is the AVP, Operations Manager Global marketing and Corporate Affairs – Dallas Support Services. He joined Bank of America in January of 2011 as an Operations Team Manager in the Dallas Wholesale Lockbox where he also served as the Business Support Lead and Senior Operations Manager; he was also a Treasury Services Senior Advisor for the Image Technical Services team; most recently he was the Senior Operations Manager for Dallas Research & Adjustments; and now he is currently an Operations Manager for the Dallas Support Services team. Rafael came to Bank of America with extensive call center experience in consumer entertainment and telecommunications industries.
